Acoustic Routes was established in 2002 as a labor of love. Unable to find their favorite performers playing anywhere in the Las Vegas valley, founders Nancy Godfrey and Kevin Kozoriz began the series to bring the performers they wanted to hear into town. They were very pleased to find out that other folks in the area wanted to hear them, too! Since then, Acoustic Routes has presented dozens of remarkably talented acoustic musicians, groups and singer/songwriters.

Kevin and Nancy have since moved to Canada, and Acoustic Routes has gone with them in the form of Acoustic Routes Nova Scotia. Stepping forward in Las Vegas. Cindy & Scott Bottomley, Richard & Betty Stewart, Doc Sanders, Janet Dukes, Andrea Timbol and Michael Soli now carry the Acoustic Routes torch in Las Vegas. And the music plays on!

Unlike promoters and venues who cater to out-of-town visitors, Acoustic Routes Las Vegas prefers to focus on Las Vegas area residents, many of whose work and family responsibilities may not allow attendance at weekend events. Our concerts are mostly scheduled midweek to enable the widest range of audiences to attend.

Our goal is to bring in touring acoustic performers whose musical styles extend outside the norm of the few venues in town that book solo artists. Most of them are associated with casinos, or are inside one of the local bars and clubs. There are very few concerts scheduled in the valley that showcase the music alone, with a nearly all-ages ticket policy (Please, no children under 5!).
